Coco P'z Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods, promotions, or holidays.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer shipping through standard carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) based on weight, destination, and service selected.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees and pick up your order at:

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1–3 business days.
We will send you an email when your order is ready.
Please bring your order confirmation email when you come.

Pickup hours:

  • Tuesday to Friday: 12 PM – 7 PM

  • Saturday: 11 AM – 4 PM


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.


How to Check Your Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of shipping confirmation, contact us at info@cocopzsalontique.com with your name and order number.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been accepted by the carrier.
If your package is missing, please first contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
